✨ About This Recipe
It’s creamy, warm, and comforting but still adds an abundance of fresh vegetables. The recipe has remained a family favorite and probably the most asked for meal. Best part, the kids don’t even notice all the hidden vitamins and minerals with this veggie pack meal! This can easily be modified to meet all health goals with some simple substitutions, ask us how!

Veggie-dense – peas & asparagus = vitamins, fiber, volume. Ravioli Carbs – satisfying and balanced. Cream & Cheese – increases calories (lighten with half cream & milk, or other healthier alternatives).  Mom WIN – Kid-friendly with loads of veggies, and easy 1 pan meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Spinach & Cheese Ravioli (Kirkland Brand)

  • 1-2 TBSP Light Olive Oil

  • ½ Onion (Yellow)

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 10 oz Bag of Frozen Peas

  • 1 ½ c Chopped Asparagus (fresh)

  • ¼ Parmesan Cheese

  • ¼ Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 c Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • (Optional: handful of real bacon bits or crispy bacon pieces)

Directions

  • Cook ravioli as directed on the package, drain and set aside.
  • Sauté onions in oil until translucent. Add peas and asparagus and sauté until soft.
  • Finely chop garlic and add into pan with veggies, mix until flagrant.
  • Pour in heavy whipping cream stirring and adding the cheese in slowly until cheese is melted. Add salt, pepper, and Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse. (To note: Kinder’s Buttery Garlic and Herb can be a sub if reducing the number of garlic cloves or if you don’t have garlic cloves)
  • Add the ravioli to the mixture, stir and mix until sauce is completely covering the raviolis. Add bacon into the mixture if desired and stir until mixed evenly.
  • Serve and sprinkle parmesan cheese if desired. My family also likes to add breadcrumbs to this.
